Firefly runs a modern fleet on the Melbourne, Adelaide and Sydney corridor. The buses that the family washed by hand in the early days have been replaced over the years with newer vehicles that use less fuel and produce lower emissions.

Firefly runs two service levels. A Regular Service bus seats up to 50 passengers. A Business Service bus seats less with more room, in wider seats with more room between them. See service levels below.
Most buses also carry free Wi-Fi and USB power. See Wi-Fi and power below for where that does and does not apply.
On rare occasions a replacement bus is used, and a small number of tickets are sold on behalf of partner operators. On those services Wi-Fi and USB sockets may not be fitted.
