Firefly Express runs overnight coaches between Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide, and the trip itself is half the story. The window seat at sunrise on the way into Sydney. Pulling out of Melbourne at dusk. Quiet kilometres on the road south to Adelaide. If you've filmed any of it, we want to see it - and we'll trade you something good for it.

There are three ways to share your trip, and they each come with different rewards. Read the gate rules before you upload, then pick your tier.

How does the Firefly Express Content Ambassador Program work?

You film your trip, share it with us, and depending on how you share it you can earn a 20% discount code, a full fare refund, or a feature on Firefly's social channels. The 20% code is automatic for verified uploads. The full refund goes to one favourite each month. The feature is for anyone who tags us in a public post.

Before you upload - read this

These three rules decide whether you get a code or a refund. We check them before anything else.

• Upload from the email you booked with. That's how we match you to a Firefly trip and send your code. No match, no code.
• Footage has to be real. Filmed by you, on a Firefly Express service, on your own booked trip. We check before we issue anything.
• One submission per booked trip. A return booking counts as one trip.

Post your video on YouTube, Instagram or TikTok and tag @fireflyexpress. We're always on the hunt for good content to reshare on our channels.

• Post needs to be public so we can find it

Tier 2 - Upload your video, get 20% off your next Firefly trip

Submit your video through the form on this page. We'll check the email matches a Firefly booking and that the footage is the real deal, then send a 20% discount code to the email you uploaded from.

• Single-use code, valid for 12 months from issue
• Works on full-fare tickets (not already-discounted fares)

Tier 3 - Monthly favourite - your fare refunded

Each month we pick a favourite from everything submitted that month. Whoever filmed it gets the full fare refunded for the trip they shot.

• Refund goes back to the original payment method
• The email you upload from has to match the email on your booking - that's how we match the refund
• Trip needs to be completed and paid
• One refund per person, per trip

You don't need to film the whole trip - a few well-chosen moments can tell the story. Some of the best content we've reshared is the simplest. Think rolling landscapes through the window on the run between Melbourne and Adelaide, the buzz of pulling into Sydney's Central station at first light, golden hour from your seat as the bus heads north out of Melbourne, a candid moment with fellow travellers, or the open road stretching out ahead.
