Conditions

1. You must be the creator. Your video needs to be filmed by you, on a Firefly Express service, during your own booked trip. Videos filmed on other operators or by someone other than the person submitting are not eligible.
2. One submission per trip. You can submit one video per booked journey. Multiple submissions for the same trip won't be considered.
3. Get creative. You don't need to film the whole trip - even a few well-chosen moments can tell a great story. Think rolling landscapes through the window, the buzz of pulling into a new city, golden hour from your seat, a candid moment with fellow travellers, or the open road stretching out ahead. Get creative - the more original your take, the better your chances. Film horizontally, keep the audio clear, and show us what the journey feels like through your eyes.
4. Submit your link. Share a public YouTube, Instagram or TikTok URL using the form on this page.
5. Post it first. Your video needs to be live and publicly posted on your own YouTube,instagram or TikTok channel before you submit it. Videos uploaded privately or shared via direct link only are not eligible.
6. Refund is not automatic. Submitting a video does not guarantee a refund. A refund is only issued if Firefly Express selects and reposts your content.
7. What "repost" means. Your content is considered used when Firefly Express shares it on our own social media channels, website, or in any marketing or advertising materials. You will be tagged.
8. We'll be in touch. If your content is selected, we'll contact you using the details you provided at submission to arrange your fare refund. Refunds are processed as a credit to your original payment method.
9. One fare, one refund. The refund covers the fare for a single passenger on a single trip - the trip during which the video was filmed. Additional passengers, return legs, or other bookings are not included.
10. Content rights. By submitting, you grant Firefly Express a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use, edit, and share your video across all channels. You keep ownership of your original content.

Firefly Express reserves the right to decline any submission at its discretion and to update or withdraw this offer at any time.
