PREPARING TO TRAVEL WITH FIREFLY

DO NOT travel if you feel sick, have flu like symptoms or you are meant to be self isolating. Please call our Firefly Call Centre on 1300 730 740 during business hours to re-arrange travel dates for another time.

ONBOARD

We are practicing social separation between passengers on board all our services, until further notice:

  • Persons travelling alone will be seated alone where possible,
  • Persons travelling with family of the same household can sit together,
  • Hand sanitiser is available and to be used when boarding or re-boarding the coach during service,
  • Masks MUST be worn for the duration of the journey.

A FEW HANDY TIPS WHEN TRAVELLING WITH FIREFLY

  • ALWAYS remain in your allocated seat unless directed by the driver,
  • REGULARLY use and alcohol based sanitiser,
  • ALWAYS cover your nose and mouth when you sneeze,
  • TRY not to touch your eyes, nose and mouth,
  • Masks MUST be worn for the duration of the journey,
  • CONSIDER check-in with our QR code for COVID contact tracing,
  • CONSIDER downloading the COVID safe app, and
  • REMEMBER to wait your turn, one person at a time when dropping off or collecting your luggage, and when you are getting on or off the coach.

Important Information:

It is the passengers responsibility to ensure they have a valid permit for the region/ state they are intending travelling to before boarding the coach.

Firefly will not be responsible for any costs incurred,  such as costs associated with but not limited to being refused entry into a state or being directed into quarantine.
