Important information when travelling with Firefly

• You must wear a mask at all times when travelling with Firefly

• When travelling from Victoria into South Australia you must meet the strict border control requirements set by SA Police – www.police.sa.gov.au

• When travelling from Victoria into New South Wales you must meet the strict border control requirements as set by NSW Police - www.police.nsw.gov.au

• In the event that you are declined entry because you do not meet the border control criteria as set by the state you are travelling to, Firefly does not accept any responsibility for any costs incurred, due to the fact that your entry into that state is declined when you arrive at the border control check point. You must ensure you have a valid permit or approval prior to boarding our service.
