Applicants must be willing to work weekends and public holidays. The role will involve working between two offices, Maidstone and Southern Cross Station, Spencer Street.

This role involves the making of Reservations and providing assistance on behalf of the general public and to Travel Agents.

• Ensure all travel bookings are handled in a professional manner.
• Ensure all travel bookings are made correctly and according to passenger requirements.
• Ensure that customer service is of the highest standard.

• On behalf of the general public and accredited Travel Agents make bookings and alterations as requested using Firefly Coaches Reservations System
• Opening of office and set up for days trading.
• Closing and ensuring office is secure at close of day

• Strong computing and typing skills
• Strong oral communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and work within a small team environment
• Ability to work quickly
• Must be able to manage time
effectively and prioritise tasks
• Must be able to work under pressure on occassions
